PNC is the mortgage company my home is financed thru. While trying to save my home I have drafted no less than four "packages" of information for PNC trying to get them to work with me so that I could save my home. None worked. If you want to read about the whole mess there will be a new web site soon called "My Lousy Mortgage" in a few days log in and have a laugh!!

At the beginning I thought it was going to work, now, I'm not so sure. PNC is trying to expand into Arizona but I promise that if I don't keep my house I'll demonstrate at any thing that has to do with PNC. My advice, use your Credit Union, they are a lender closer to home that will at least listen and possibly try to solve your mortgage situation. Here's the short list of lousy lenders; Lousy Lender PNC (formerly National City Mortgage) Lousy Lender Wells Fargo...... ..... and the list goes on! the rest of the "big Lousy Lenders" are not interested in your situation either, even if they caused it! Log into their sites and tell them what you think! Integrity, a word we used to use when dealing with these corporations has been replaced with greed! Things are calming down for credit, but, remember, all these banks and mortgage companies are not "trying to help you fulfill a dream" they are trying to RAPE you of all they can get! Take my advice be very careful buying anything on credit, the credit card companies have plenty of YOUR money to offer "special" insensitive's with to apply for another card to replace the one they screwed you with at the start of all this crap!
