Several of these cards have issued "new" cards like "Ink" that are supposed to be more helpful and sensitive to cardholders needs. You should remember who you are dealing with! Many of these banks are still pursuing ex card holders who they ran up balances on with high interest rates Bank of America and Chase come to mind.

Many have sold their credit balances to Scum Bag lawyers who try to convince card holders of dire consequences if they don't "pay up" Its bullshit!
