I just heard on one of the Phillips Law Groups commercials that Mr. Phillips says he is a Kansan. It makes me sick to my stomach to know that he is from my home state. That the state that I adopted as my home state during my senior year of high school and adopted me after I was wounded during my second year of duty in The Republic of South Vietnam. I should be more compassionate than that? Well, read about Mr. Phillips "compassion" when I was trying to get my life together after Citi Bank, Bank of America, Chevron and the rest took no steps to help me or any of the other Vets after they SCREWED us by raising the interest rates to a point of no return. This firm is not now and never will be Arizona's law firm unless Arizonans want less than adequate representation and in some cases no representation as in my case!

I know the name has changed but the character of the firm remains the same.

The statement below, in small print, was written when the "new" commercial came out for Phillips and Associates!

I have, however, seen ANOTHER "new" commercial that features your friend not mine Jeffery Phillips. I pretty much feel that this man and anyone associated with him is out to get whatever he can from you, me, or anyone else he can entice into his web.

Bear in mind, you cannot trust this firm. They will jerk you around any way they can! Take a look at what I first ran about Phillips!

Phillips seems to have changed, but you should be very careful, especially if your going to deal with someone who has the same name(as the firm)who has never been seen before. I can not say anything about this firm now except "be careful"!
