Below is what I wrote about Mr. Browns corruption of the Sun Pontiac dealership and the poor workmanship that a great Service Department has become. I wrote to him about this and got no reply. I gave him a year!

I decided to file a complaint with GM, guess what I got in return, yup, hot air. I'll post all the E-Mail that passed between GM and I, just a bunch of do nothing "kiss my ass" bologna. Take it from me you cannot trust the dealership and certainly not their Service Area.

Henry Brown has been informed about the shoddy work coming out of his Service Department, he has not responded in any way to help fix the things that his service department did to sabotage my vehicles steering.

I don't know, I wouldn't trust him or anything that has to do with Service even if they have worked with you since before this place was Henry Brown, yuck!

I finally posted a comment to GMC's web site, I got a lot of "we feel for you" so, just to show you what to expect, instead of help, I'm posting all the correspondence to this page. It will be posted soon.
